From the Free plan with one community. How many you get depends on the plan: one each on Free and Starter, three on Pro, five on Business, ten on Key Accounts.
Do my members need their own CRM account?+
No. Members sign up inside your community and do not take up a user seat in your workspace.
Can I upload my own videos or only embed them?+
Both. YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Wistia can be embedded; uploaded videos sit in private storage and are released to members only. Transcripts and AI questions are available for uploaded videos only.
Does the community carry my brand?+
Yes — logo, cover image and colours are set per community.
